Pallacanestro Trieste won Game 4 against Germani Brescia 83-77 and tied the series 2-2. After an extremely balanced first period, the visitors took the lead with two three-pointers from Mobio and a layup from Della Valle, who sealed the break with a 5-16 (22-33) score. With a triple-double from Ross and the energy of Brown, the Giulians replied by scoring a 2-11 partial and then completing the comeback at the start of the second half thanks to the shots of the powerful Sissoko in the paint (40-38). Taking advantage of a series of rebounds from Ross and Toscano-Anderson, the Giulians then flew to a 63-54 score at the end of the third quarter, but a series of incursions and a three-pointer from Nunn recovered most of the deficit, leaving Burnell with a layup in transition to tie the score at 72-72 with less than 4 minutes to go. Sissoko scored a rebound in attack and a three-pointer from Ramsey put the men of coach Taccetti back up by 6, but Ivanovic, with a three-pointer, and a great Burnell cancelled out the effects of a jumper from Ramsey, re-establishing the 80-77 score. However, after a post-bass error from Burnell, Toscano-Anderson signed a super three-pointer that sealed the contest. The Giulians were led by Ross's 18 points and Bannan's 25 valuation (6 rebounds and 4 fouls committed), Sissoko's 15 points and 9 rebounds, and Brown and Ramsey's 10 points each. The Lombards were not enough for Burnell's 14 points, Nunn's 13 points, Rivers's 12 points, and Mobio's 11 points.
